Paying by Phone
If you prefer you can submit your credit or debit card details to us over the telephone. Simply select
the Telephone Order payment option when completing the order form. Once you have completed your order and received your Order
Ref number you can call us on + 91 495 2369477. Be sure to have your Order Ref number handy when you call. Your order will
not be dispatched until we have received payment.
Our Fraud Prevention Policy
We carry out stringent anti-fraud checks on every order and use the latest anti-fraud technologies.
Your billing address and postcode will be verified against your credit/debit card number and you will need to provide the
three-digit CVV Security Code on the back of the card. In addition we carry out rigorous manual checks against every order.
If we suspect a fraudulent transaction to have taken place we reserve the right to suspend acceptance of the order or to reject
it entirely. We may contact you personally to request additional proof of card ownership before accepting your order. We also
require a signature as proof of delivery. Please ensure the name and address you give us match the details held by your credit/debit
card issuer. By doing this you can help ensure that we process your order quickly and efficiently, and without the need for
further disruption.
Paying by Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Deposit/Transfer
please make cheques or postal orders payable to Our Weigh. You
can also pay by postal order or bank deposit/transfer. Simply add the product you wish to purchase to your basket, fill in
your details, choose your payment method from the drop down menu then press the send order button, once you have completed
